摘 要:以异丙烯膦酸(IPPA)和异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚大单体(IPEPPG)为主要反应原料,在引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)和链转移剂次亚磷酸钠(SHP)作用下,进行自由基聚合反应,合成一种聚膦酸减水剂。对不同n(IPPA):n(IPEPPG)的摩尔比、APS用量、SHP用量和不同IPEPPG的质均分子量等进行正交优化,获得制备最佳性能的工艺条件和原材料配比。并对该减水剂进行凝胶色谱,红外光谱和核磁氢谱测试获得合成产物的分子量及分子量分布等结构参数信息,同时比较了该减水剂与普通减水剂在表面张力、流体力学半径、蒙脱土表面的吸附量、水泥水化放热速率、水泥净浆流变性能及新拌混凝土应用性能方面的差异。结果表明:该减水剂具有良好的降黏、抗泥和缓凝效果。Polyphosphate superplasticizer(PPS)was synthesized via free radical polymerization of isopropenyl-phosphonic acid(IPPA)and isopentenyl polyethylene-polypropylene glycol(IPEPPG)in the presence of ammonium persulphate(APS)as an intiator and sodium hypophosphite(SHP)as a chain transfer agent.The effects of n(IPPA):n(IPEPPG)molar ratio,APS amount,SHP amount and IPEPPG average molecular mass on the properties of polyphosphate superplasticizer were investigated to obtain the optimum parameters of technology and the appropriate proportion of raw materials.The molecular structure of polyphosphate superplasticizer was characterized by gel permeation chromatograph,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance,respectively.The surface tension,hydrodynamic radius,adsorption behavior on MMT,heat flow evolution over time during cement hydration,rheological behavior of cement pastes and application performance in concrete were determined.The results show that polyphosphate superplasticizer has viscosity-reducing effect,clay tolerance and retard cement hydration.
