PROII软件在乙醇-水精馏分离实训中应用的案例教学

摘　　要：将乙醇-水精馏分离模拟结果与实践教学相结合,探讨了PROII软件在乙醇-水精馏分离实训教学中的应用。实践表明,采用PROII流程仿真模拟软件辅助乙醇-水精馏分离实践教学有助于学生理解乙醇-水精馏分离操作的基本理论,加深学生对精馏分离操作中相平衡、泡(露)点、回流比等基本知识点的理解,同时使得操作参数变化对精馏过程的影响更加直观,有助于学生精馏操作技能的提升,调动了学生学习的积极性,提高了课程教学效率和质量。Combined with simulation results and practical training,the application of process simulation software PROII in teaching and practical training of ethanol-water distillation separation is discussed in this paper.Case study shows that using the software in practical teaching can help students to understand the fundamental principles of ethanol-water distillation separation process,including some key points such as phase balance,bubble(dew)point,reflux ratio,etc.Simulation can not only make the teaching process more intuitive but also stimulate interests of students’learning,resulting in improving the teaching efficiency and technical skills.
