摘　　要：过去二十多年里,HIV-1 C亚型仍然是目前全球HIV-1最广泛流行的毒株。C亚型毒株传入我国后虽然没有引起广泛的流行,但B/C重组毒株CRF07_BC和CRF08_BC在中国的流行趋势呈逐步扩大化,感染人群呈多样化,流行形式趋于复杂化。本文结合HIV-1 C亚型、CRF07_BC和CRF08_BC分子流行病学研究的文献,对这三种毒株的起源、传播和流行病学研究等方面进行了综述,阐明流行特征,供从事艾滋病防治的科研人员、实验室工作者以及医护人员学习与参考,同时为我国HIV-1的精准防控提供科学依据。In the past twenty years,the HIV-1 Subtype C is still the most prevalent strain in the world.Although HIV-1 subtype C strains have not caused widespread epidemics after they were introduced into China,the epidemic trend of two HIV-1 circulating recombinant forms(CRF07_BC and CRF08_BC)in China is gradually expanding,the infected population is diversified,and the epidemic form tends to be complicated.Based on the epidemiological studies of HIV-1 subtype C,CRF07_BC and CRF08_BC,this research summarized the origin,transmission,distribution and epidemiological studies of the strains,and clarified those characteristics of the strains,so it will provide relatively new literatures for public health professionals,laboratory workers and medical doctors engaged in AIDS prevention and control,at the same time,it provides basis for the precise prevention and control of HIV-1 in China.
