摘　　要：某发动机在试车中转子支点轴承发生了失效,导致转子卡滞.本文基于F TA法,通过对轴承失效建立故障树,从轴承自身因素和外部因素2个方面进行了分析和逐一排查,确定了导致轴承失效的原因,并提出了改进措施,经验证措施有效.The rotor fulcrum bearing of an engine failed during the trail run,causing the rotor to jam.The fault tree was set up in this paper,from the two aspects of the bearing's own factors and external factors,the analysis and investigation were carried out one by one,and the failure cause of the bearing was determined,improvement measures put forward and verified effectively.
