摘　　要：文章利用OPM3的项目层次域评估问题,以A市第二污水处理厂建设工程为主体,对该公司的EPC总承包项目的管理成熟度进行评估.文章分析了组织级项目管理成熟度模型在评价污水处理工程应用中存在的问题.By analyzing the actuality of the project management of A Municipal Design Institute,the thesis determines four steps to apply 0PM3,test prepara-tion,implementation of the assessment,analysis of the evaluation results,and guide assessment after improvement.Finally,the thesis analyzes the problems in evaluating the sewage treatment project in the process of applacation of 0PM3.
