摘 要:PHC管桩在高水位粉质粘土地基中静压施工时,易出现已达到桩顶设计标高,而沉桩终压值不满足设计要求的情况.本文结合某高层住宅PHC管桩施工实例,探究沉桩终压值和单桩承载力之间的定性及定量关系.通过现场单桩承载力试验发现,PHC管桩沉桩终压值在一定程度上能定性判断其单桩承载力情况,且其承载强度在后期增长较为显著.During static pressure construction of PHC pipe pile in high water silty clay foundation,it is easy to reach the design elevation of pile top,but the final pressure of sinking pile does not meet the design requirements.Based on the construction example of PHC pipe pile in a high-rise residential building,this paper explores the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the final pressure of the pile and the bearing capacity of a single pile.It is found that the final pressure value of PHC pipe pile can qualitatively judge the bearing capacity of single pile to a certain extent,and its bearing strength increases significantly in the later period.
