摘 要:外泌体是由多种细胞分泌的包含来源细胞所特有的蛋白质、微小RNA(mi RNA)等生物信息的膜性囊泡,它可反映来源细胞的生理和病理状态,并在细胞间信号传递中起重要作用.糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的重要并发症之一.目前,DN的致病机制尚不完全清楚,有效的治疗手段尚不足,因此,早期诊断和防治DN己成为医学领域的重要问题.近年来外泌体已成为研究热点,为多种难治性疾病的诊治带来了希望.本文针对外泌体的提取方法、在糖尿病肾病(DN)的生物标志物及其作为药物载体的研究进展等3个方面进行简要综述,希望为进一步探讨DN的发生发展机制和治疗方法带来新思路.Exosomes are membranous vesicles secreted by a variety of cells,which contain biological information such as proteins and micrornas unique to the source cells.Exosomes can reflect the physiological and pathological status of the source cells,and play an important role in intercellular signaling.Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the important complications of diabetes.At present,the pathogenic mechanism of DN is not fully understood,and effective treatment methods are insufficient.Therefore,early diagnosis and prevention of DN has become an important issue in the medical field.Exosomes have become a research hotspot in recent years,bringing hope for the diagnosis and treatment of many refractory diseases.In this paper,exosomes extraction methods,biomarkers of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and their research progress as drug carriers were briefly reviewed,hoping to bring new ideas to further explore the development mechanism and treatment of DN.
