称重法校准质量流量计不确定度评定的研究

摘　　要：在卷烟加工过程中使用质量流量计对水、香料添加过程进行计量.质量流量计定期校准采取称重法进行现场校准.对校准过程中不确定度来源进行梳理,并计算出各自不确定度,最后合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为称重法校准提供数据支持.In the cigarette processing process,a mass flow meter is used to measure the water and flavor addition process.The mass flowmeter is calibrated regularly,and the weighing method is adopted for on-site calibration.The sources of uncertainty in the calibration process are sorted out,and the respective uncertainties are calculated.Finally,the standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are synthesized to provide data support for the calibration of the weighing method.
