摘　　要：本文简要记述了某研究院近年来不断探索设置首席专家及团队机制建设,提升专家团队建设水平的有关情况.通过对创新团队建设的背景、政策与进展情况的介绍,分析总结了设置首席专家及团队机制建设的必要性和意义.This article briefly describes the continuous exploration in recent years,efforts to practice the establishment of chief experts and team mechanism construction,and continuously improve the level of expert team construction.Through the introduction of the background,policies and progress of innovative team building,the necessity and significance of setting up chief experts and team mechanism building were analyzed and summarized.
