摘　　要：智慧图书馆是社会文化服务框架下应运而生的产物,已经逐渐成为新时期文化发展中非常重要的一部分。基于此,本文探讨了互联网信息技术高速发展的时代契机,分析了智慧图书馆的概念、特点,研究了智慧图书馆的建设与应用。Smart Library is the product of social and cultural services,it has gradually become a very important part of cultural development in the new era.Based on this,this paper discusses the opportunity of the rapid development of Internet information technology,this paper analyzes the concept of Smart Library,and the characteristics,this paper studies the construction and application of Smart Library.
