一例犬前十字韧带断裂的诊疗及体会

摘　　要：2岁雌性卡斯罗犬,未做绝育,免疫完全,体重37 kg。该犬偏肥胖,就诊1天前左后肢突然跛行,为了对该患犬进行诊治,试验采用拍摄X光片、触诊膝关节和前抽屉试验等方法进行诊断并在确诊后进行了相应的治疗。结果表明:该犬为左后肢前十字韧带断裂,经胫骨平台水平截骨术(TPLO)外科疗法进行治疗,预后良好。说明TPLO外科疗法在治疗犬前十字韧带断裂病例中效果良好,值得推广使用。A two-year-old female Cathrow dog,not neutered,fully immunized,weight 37 kg,overweight,and the left rear limb suddenly claudication 1 day before the doctor visit.In order to diagnose and treat the dog,X-ray,palpation of knee joint and anterior drawer test were used for diagnosis.The results showed that the dog was diagnosed with anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the left rear limb,and the tibial plateau level osteotomy(TPLO)therapy was used for treatment after comprehensive judgment,and the prognosis was good.It showed that TPLO therapy had a good effect in the treatment of canine anterior cruciate ligament rupture cases,and it was worth promoting.
