摘 要:以内蒙古东升庙铅锌多金属矿为研究对象,开展了分段凿岩阶段空场法工业试验,结果表明:该采矿方法具有采切比小、采准周期短、生产集中、生产能力大、地压维护可靠、损贫率低等优点,不仅改善了落矿效果、降低了工人劳动强度、提高了采矿的安全性,还获得了良好的技术经济指标,其中采切比为3.31 m/kt、矿石损失率为1.60%、贫化率为1.95%;较浅孔留矿法可增加1702.03万元的利润。采矿试验成果可为矿山后续生产提供技术支持,也可为同类矿山提供借鉴。Taking Dongshengmiao lead-zinc mine in Inner Mongolia as the subject of study,the commercial test on sublevel open stope mining method in drilling stages was carried out.The results show that the mining method has the advantages of little cutting ratio,short stope preparation term,centralized production,large production capacity,reliable ground pressure maintenance,low ore loss and dilution rate.It not only improves the ore caving performance,lowers the physical labor intensity of workers,enhances the safety of mining operation,but also results in encouraging technical and economic performance as follows:the mining cut ratio was 3.31 m/kt,the ore loss rate was 1.60%,and the dilution rate was 1.95%.Compared with application of the short-hole shrinkage method,an additional annually profit of 17,020,300 yuan could be obtained from the mining operation with this method.The results of the mining test can be provided as technical support for the subsequent operation of the mine and as the reference for similar mines.
