摘  要:黄磷用矿筛下矿由于含磷量低,MgO质量分数大于1%,石英和倍半氧化物含量高,目前工业上较难应用,常处于堆存状态。通过原矿性质分析、单因素试验、闭路试验,研究了浮选对选别黄磷用矿筛下矿的可行性。发现在优化的试验条件下,通过正反浮选工艺可以获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为28.05%、MgO质量分数为0.91%、产率和P_(2)O_(5)回收率分别为43.28%和67.59%的精矿指标。Because of its low P_(2)O_(5) grade,higher than 1%MgO and high content of quartz and sesquioxide,at present the undersize from screening of run-of-mine phosphate ore for producing yellow phosphorus is difficult to be utilized in industries thus has to be stockpiled.The feasibility of beneficiating the undersize material by performing flotation tests as a function of single factor and with close circuit as well as analysis on the property of run-of-mine ore was stu-died.It was found that under optimal experimental conditions for direct-reverse flotation,the phosphate concentrate assayed 28.05% P_(2)O_(5) and 0.91%MgO can be obtained with weight yield of 43.28%and P_(2)O_(5) recovery of 67.59%.
