摘 要:某胶磷矿反浮粗选尾矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为18.99%、MgO质量分数为8.37%,由于反浮粗选尾矿的P_(2)O_(5)品位较高,因此需通过扫选提高最终精矿的产率和P_(2)O_(5)回收率。通过试验确定的扫选最佳工艺条件为:浮选矿浆质量分数25.15%、抑制剂用量0 kg/t、调整剂用量3 kg/t、捕收剂用量0.3 kg/t、浮选时间7 min。在此最佳工艺条件下进行了验证试验,获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位为28.32%、MgO质量分数为1.01%、产率为46.31%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率为67.71%的稳定扫选精矿指标。Because of the high content of(18.99%)P_(2)O_(5) and 8.37%MgO in the tailings from roughing reverse flotation of a phosphate rock,scavengers are required for improvement on the weight yield and P_(2)O_(5) recovery of the final concentrate.Under optimized operation conditions as follows:pulp density of 25.15%solids by weight,without addition of depressant,with regulator dosage of 3 kg/t and collector dosage of 0.3 kg/t,flotation time of 7 min,the verification test was carried out.The results indicate that the concentrate containing 28.32%P_(2)O_(5) and 1.01%MgO can be obtained from the stable scavenging reverse flotation,with weight yield of 46.31%and P_(2)O_(5) recovery of 67.71%.
