摘 要:浮选是一种重要的矿物分离方法,通过调整矿物颗粒的表面物理化学性质,使目的矿物颗粒疏水附着在气泡上,并随气泡上浮成为泡沫产品,可以实现目的矿物与其他矿物的分离。气泡的产生、矿粒与气泡的作用、矿化气泡的形成以及泡沫与矿浆的分离都是在浮选机中进行的,因此浮选机的性能直接决定浮选指标的优劣。在总结国内外代表性浮选机(丹佛D-R型浮选机、Wemco浮选机、奥托昆普Tank Cell型浮选机、Mesto浮选机、BGRIMM浮选机、新型双叶轮浮选机等)应用现状的基础上,重点介绍了几种比较典型的、应用较为广泛的机械搅拌式浮选机的结构特点和分选性能,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。Froth flotation is an important process for separation of minerals.Adjusting the physic-chemical surface properties of particles of various minerals makes air-bubbles be able to attach themselves to hydrophobic particles of targeted minerals and lift them to the water surface to become froth product,eventually separation of targeted mine-rals from others can be achieved.The generation of bubbles,the attachment of mineral particles to air bubbles,the formation of mineralized froth and its separation from pulp are all performed in flotation cells.Therefore the performance of flotation machine has direct influence on the flotation behavior.The current practice of several well-known flotation machines(such as Denver D-R cell,Wemco cell,Outokumpu tank cell,Mesto cell,BGRIMM cell,novel flotation cell with double impeller)manufactured domestically and abroad was summarized,this paper was focused on presentation on the structure and separation performance of several typical mechanical flotation machines which are widely used in mineral processing industry,moreover their development trend was prospected.
