摘 要:为实现炼钢厂钢包使用数量的进一步优化控制,提出了离线烘烤钢包数量计算模型。以L炼钢厂为研究对象,解析钢包周转过程,根据实际运行情况,采用Plant-Simulation仿真软件建立了钢包运行仿真模型。通过仿真实验分析了钢包寿命、离线烘烤周期、连铸浇注周期、浇次间隔时间、连浇炉数对离线烘烤钢包数量的影响,并将这些影响因素量化,用于离线烘烤钢包数量计算模型的建立。研究表明,使用离线烘烤钢包数量计算模型后,L炼钢厂每72 h离线烘烤钢包数量由16个下降至7个,对炼钢厂优化生产运行具有重要的借鉴作用和参考价值。In order to realize the further optimization control of ladle in steel plant,the calculation model for the number of offline baked steel ladle was put forward.Taking L steel plant as the object,the process of ladle turnover was analyzed.According to the actual operation of steel ladle,the simulation model of ladle operation was established by using Plant-Simulation software.The influence on the number of offline baked ladle was analyzed through simulation experiments which included ladle life,offline baking time,continuous casting time of one heat,casting interval time and the number of heats.And the influencing factors were quantified in the calculation model.This research shows that the number of offline baked ladle is reduced from 16 to 7 in L steel plant every 72 h after using the calculation model,which has important reference value for optimizing production of steel plant.
