摘  要:针对中井煤矿煤体松软、透气性差、瓦斯体积分数低、瓦斯抽采困难的难题,采用基于脉冲冲击波增透技术的装备对煤层进行了增透作业,并对增透效果进行了检验。实践表明,煤层增透作业后,抽采瓦斯量、井口瓦斯体积分数、有效影响半径得到明显的提升,单孔平均日瓦斯抽采量提高了2.22倍,平均瓦斯体积分数提高了1.40倍,影响半径扩大到57 m;增透效果保持时间较长,达到230 d以上,满足了矿井抽采瓦斯的实际需要。In view of the issues of soft coal seam,poor permeability,low gas volume fraction and difficulty in gas drainage in Zhongjing Colliery,the permeability enhancing equipment based on pulse shock wave was used to carry out permeability enhancement on coal seam,and the permeability enhancement effects were tested on site.The practice showed that:after permeability enhancement on coal seam,the gas drainage volume,gas volume faction at wellhead and effective influential radius significantly improved,the average daily gas drainage volume per hole increased by 2.22 times,the average gas volume faction increased by 1.40 times,and the influential radius enlarged to 57 mm;the permeability enhancement effects remained for a long time,reaching more than 230 d,which met the actual requirements of gas drainage in mine.
