卷带张紧一体化装置影响因素的数值模拟

摘  要:为研究卷带张紧一体化装置在卷带过程中的影响因素,建立了卷带张紧一体化模型,采用AMESim软件进行了数值模拟,得到了卷带参数及卡带现象对卷带过程的影响规律。结果表明:带卷的成卷直径和成卷质量对系统压力、马达转速等影响较大,对一体化装置使用寿命有一定的影响;卡带现象发生时系统压力会很快升至最高值,而马达转速下降较快,且下降过程中伴随一定的速度波动。卷带过程中卷带与张紧应协调配合,保持输送带张力在一合适范围内,尽量避免卡带现象的发生。In order to study the influential factors of the integrated device of belt winding and tensioning during belt winding process,the integrated model of belt winding and tensioning was established,and the numerical simulation was carried out with AMESim software,and then the influencing laws of the belt winding parameters and the belt jamming on the belt winding process were obtained.The results showed:the diameter and the mass of the belt roll had great influence on the system pressure and the rotary speed of the motor,thus had some impact on the service lifespan of the integrated device;at the time of the belt jamming,the system pressure rapidly rose to the peak,and the motor speed reduced quickly with certain fluctuation.During the belt winding process,the belt winding and tensioning should match harmonically to keep the belt tension in a reasonable range,so as to avoid the occurrence of the belt jamming.
