摘 要:本文采用化学气相沉积(CVD)在WC-Co硬质合金基体上沉积TiN/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrCN多层涂层,并进行微喷砂处理。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计、划痕测试仪和往复式摩擦磨损实验机表征涂层的组织结构和性能,通过对比900℃和1000℃真空退火前后涂层的显微组织结构及性能,研究其热稳定性能。结果表明:真空退火对TiN/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrCN涂层物相无明显影响;900℃退火后,涂层硬度和结合强度分别降低9.4%和46.7%,1000℃退火后,涂层的硬度和结合强度下降幅度更大,分别降低15.6%和59.5%,TiN/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrCN涂层在900℃下热稳定性能较好;由于表面粗糙度增大,退火涂层的摩擦系数略有增加;相比于未退火涂层,由于残余压应力、硬度和结合强度下降,1000℃退火涂层粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损加剧,导致磨损率增大,耐磨性降低。TiN/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/Zr CN multilayer coatings were firstly deposited on WC-Co cemented carbide by chemicalvapor deposition and micro-blasted.The microstructure and properties of the coating were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,micro-hardness tester,scratch tester and reciprocating friction and wear tester.The thermalstability of the coating was studied by comparing the microstructure and mechanical properties of un-annealed coating,annealed coatings at 900℃and 1000℃.The results show that vacuum annealing has no obvious effect on the phase of theTi N/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrCN coating.After annealed at 900℃,the hardness and adhesion strength ofthe coating decreases by 9.4%and 46.7%in contrast to those of un-annealed coating,respectively.After annealing at 1000℃,the hardness and adhesion strength of the coating decreases more significantly,decreasing by 15.6%and 59.5%,respectively.The TiN/MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrCN coatingexhibits good thermal stability at 900℃.The friction coefficient of annealed coating is slightly bigger than that of un-annealedcoating due to the increased surface roughness.Compared with un-annealed coating,the adhesive wear,abrasive wear andfatigue wear of annealed coating are aggravated due to the decreaed residual compressive stress,hardness and adhesionstrength.The wear resistance of annealed coating decreases.
