摘 要:本文采用干喷砂法对CVD涂层硬质合金进行表面处理,在涂层中添加了不同裂纹间距的微裂纹。通过4种不同裂纹间距的横向断裂强度(TRS)样品和涂层硬质合金刀片样品,借助断裂强度试验机、X射线应力检测仪、扫描电镜、压痕试验机和切削试验,研究了微裂纹间距对涂层硬质合金横向断裂强度、残余应力、涂层结合强度、刀片抗崩裂性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:随着裂纹平均间距从70μm减小到26μm,涂层硬质合金横向断裂强度增加约0.4 GPa,涂层残余拉应力降低约500 MPa,涂层的结合强度显著提高;裂纹间距从65μm减小到24μm,涂层硬质合金刀片的抗崩裂性提高了1.7~2.2倍,耐磨性无显著改变。In this paper,the surface of CVD coated cemented carbide was treated by dry sandblasting method,and microcracks with different crack distance were added into the coating.Through four different crack distance of the transverse rupture strength (TRS) sample and coated carbide blade sample,with the help of fracture strength testing machine,X-ray stress tester,scanning electron microscope,indentation testing machine and cutting test,the effect of different crack distance on the transverse fracture strength,residual stress,coating bonding strength,chipping resistance and wear resistance of CVD coated cemented carbide was studied.The results show that with the average crack distance decreasing from 70μm to 26μm,the transverse fracture strength of the coated cemented carbide increases by about 0.4 GPa,the residual tensile stress of the coating decreases by about 500 MPa,the bonding strength of the coating increases significantly.The crack distance decreases from 65μm to 24μm,the cracking resistance of the coated carbide inserts increases by 1.7 to 2.2 times,and the wear resistance does not change significantly.
