摘 要:首轮"双一流"建设启动后促使第四轮学科评估价值导向发生较大变化,《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》出台后促使第五轮学科评估价值导向发生重大转向。通过对在这两轮学科评估周期内某大学三个学科建设的案例进行研究发现:学科评估价值导向是高校学科建设逻辑转向的风向标。从第四轮学科评估开始,学科建设逻辑从主要强调学术逻辑转向学术逻辑、政治逻辑和社会逻辑并举,不同学科根据自身情况倾向于采取差异化建设逻辑与行动策略。从第五轮学科评估开始,在破除"五唯"背景下学科建设逻辑发生根本性转向,长期被遮蔽的人才培养逻辑开始实质回归,学科建设面临对人才培养不够重视的共同困境。新时代高校学科建设需要重新认识人才培养的学科价值,提升学科建设水平和生命力。The first round of"Double First-Class"construction has brought great changes to the value orientation of the fourth round of discipline evaluation. While considerable changes have been found in the value orientation of the fifth round of discipline evaluation as well,after the promulgation of The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era.Through the case study of three disciplines of one university between two rounds of evaluation,it is found that the value orientation of discipline evaluation is a wind vane for the logic transformation of discipline construction in universities. From the fourth round of discipline evaluation,the logic of discipline construction has shifted from the stress of academic logic to the combination of academic logic,political logic and social logic. Different disciplines therefore tend to adopt different construction logic and action strategies according to their own conditions. With the beginning of the fifth round of discipline evaluation,especially under the background of"Breaking the Five Only",more fundamental changes have taken place in the logic of discipline construction. The long-term hidden logic of talent cultivation has begun to return. And discipline construction encounters the common dilemma of insufficient emphasis on talent cultivation. In the new era,universities need to rediscover the discipline value of talent cultivation and improve the level and vitality of discipline construction.
