东莞市城市供水水源应急预案分析

摘　　要：水是人们生活中必不可少的物质,水源的供应、水质健康关系着人们的身体健康和国家的长期稳定。随着城市化的不断发展,城市垃圾也不断威胁着城市的水源供应和水质标准。为了保障东莞市城市供水水源,避免水质污染给人们的生活带来一定的危害,保障水源的充足和水质的质量,从而保障人们的身体健康,因此需要对东莞市供水水源应急预案进行研究和分析。文章中从供水水源的现状出发简析了城市供水水源的形势和危机情形,进一步阐述了目前城市供水水源建立健全应急预案的必要性和紧迫性。文中主要针对东莞市城市供水水源遭受水污染事件和枯水月期的基本形势进行了研究、分析并提出供水水源应急预案。Water is an indispensable substance in people’s lives.The supply of water sources and the water quality health are related to people’s physical health and the long-term stability of the country.With the continuous development of urbanization,municipal waste also threatens the city’s water supply and water quality standards.In order to quarantee the urban water supply sources of Dongguan,avoid water pollution to bringing certain threats to people’s lives,and ensure the abundance of water sources and the water quality to ensure personal health,therefore the emergency plan for water supply sources in Dongguan needs to be studied and analyzed.Based on the current situation of water supply sources,this paper briefly analyzes the situation and crisis situations of urban water supply sources,and further elaborates the necessity and urgency of establishing a sound emergency plan for urban water supply sources.This paper mainly studies,analyzes,and proposes emergency plans for water supply sources in Dongguan City due to water pollution incidents and low water months.
