摘 要:目的探讨建立急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层(aTBAD)犬模型的稳定方法。方法选用实验犬10只,通过降主动脉壁纵向切开、球囊扩张、弹性蛋白酶灌注、内膜双角缝合、升高血压等措施建立a TBAD动物模型。术后获取计算机断层扫描血管造影(CTA)或数字减影血管造影(DSA)影像学资料及主动脉标本进行病理学检查,对影像学及病理学资料进行分析,获取建模成功率及夹层累及程度等数据。结果10只实验犬中,术中死亡1只,术后24 h内死亡2只,夹层建模术后存活率为70%。夹层形成率为100%(10/10),建模成功率为70%(7/10),其中6例累及内脏动脉,夹层平均累及长度为(14.54±3.03)cm。结论采用多机制联合的建模方法可成功建立了稳定的aTBAD犬模型,为进一步研究主动脉夹层提供动物实验基础。Objective To explore the stable method of establishing acute Stanford B aortic dissection(aTBAD)canine model.Method Ten experimental dogs were selected to establish aTBAD animal model by longitudinal incision of the descending aorta wall,balloon dilation,elastase perfusion,double-corner suture of the intima,and hypertension.After modeling,the data of computed tomography angiography(CTA)or digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and aortic specimens were pathologically examined,imaging and pathological data analyzed to obtain data on the success rate of modeling and the degree of dissection involvement.Result Among the 10 experimental dogs,1 died during the operation and 2 died within 24 hours after the operation.The survival rate after dissection modeling was 70%.The dissection formation rate was 100%(10/10),and the modeling success rate was 70%(7/10)of which 6 cases with visceral arteries involvement.The average involved length of the dissection was(14.54±3.03)cm.Conclusion The multi-mechanism modeling method successfully establishes a stable canine model of aTBAD,which provides an animal experimental basis for further research on aortic dissection.
