摘 要:利用固相法原位合成的Pr_(0.833)Al_(11.833)O_(19)板状晶以期提高氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷[ZTA,15%(质量分数)ZrO_(2)]的断裂韧性.重点研究了Pr_(6)O_(11)的掺杂量和烧结制度对ZTA陶瓷微观结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明:当Pr_(6)O_(11)掺杂量≥1.0%时,依次在600℃保温4 h、800℃保温1 h和1600℃保温2 h烧结,可以原位生成板状Pr_(0.833)Al_(11.833)O_(19)晶体.在优化的制备条件下,可得到平均长径比为11.76、均匀分布在Al_(2)O_(3)晶界处的Pr_(0.833)Al_(11.833)O_(19)板状晶,使ZTA的断裂韧性达到6.37 MPa·m^(1/2),比ZTA提升了88%,增韧效果良好.The fracture toughness of zirconia toughened alumina(ZTA,15%ZrO_(2) in mass fraction)ceramics was improved via the addition of plate-like Pr_(0.833)Al_(11.833)O_(19) crystals prepared by in-situ solid-state reaction.The effects of Pr_(6)O_(11) dopant content and sintering system on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZTA ceramics were investigated.The results show that the plate-like Pr_(0.833)Al_(11.833)O_(19)crystals can be in-situ prepared at Pr_(6)O_(11) doping content of>1.0%(mass fraction)and by heat preservation at 600℃ for 4 h,800℃ for 1 h and 1600℃for 2 h,respectively.The ZTA ceramic with the plate-like crystals at an average aspect ratio of 11.76 uniformly distribute at Al_(2)O_(3) grain boundary has the fracture toughness of 6.37 MPa-m^(1/2),which is increased by 88%,compared to the ZTA ceramic without the plate-like crystals.
