摘　　要：综述了危险化学品进口管理的现状。以海关监管要求为切入点,概述了不同部委对监控化学品、农药、有毒化学品等进口管理的相关要求,从法规要求、登记流程、监管主体几个方面分析了危险化学品进口登记的不足,提出了联合监管、简化流程以及设立唯一代理等建议措施。The current status of the import management of hazardous chemicals was summarized,taking the customs supervision requirements as the starting point, and describing the relevant requirements of different ministries for the import management of controlled chemicals, pesticides and toxic chemicals.The deficiencies of hazardous chemicals import registration in various aspects which include regulatory requirements, registration procedures and supervision entities were analyzed.Suggestions for joint supervision, simplification of procedures and establishment of a only representative were put forward.
