摘　　要：结合相似相溶原理与聚合物胶体表面极性,研发了一种聚丙烯酰胺低成本分散剂。该分散剂可保证胶粒在水解器中保持良好的分散状态,有效解决目前水解不均匀的难题,保证聚丙烯酰胺生产工艺的连续性和产品性能的稳定性。A low cost granulating dispersant was developed based on the similarity-intermiscibility theory and surface polarity of polymer colloid.The dispersant could ensure the colloidal particles to maintain a good dispersion state in the hydrolyzer, thus effectively solve the existing problem of uneven hydrolysis, and finally improve the continuity of the production process and the performance stability of polyacrylamide.
