摘　　要：《成人2型糖尿病基础胰岛素临床应用中国专家指导建议(2020版)》(简称2020版指导建议)已于2020年10月发表在《中国糖尿病杂志》上。2020版指导建议在2017版指导建议的基础上进行了更新,纳入了新的循证医学研究证据,并且在个体化的血糖控制目标、基础胰岛素种类、联合用药及临床应用方案等方面进行了修订。本文旨在对2020版指导建议中更新的内容及其循证医学证据、更新的临床意义等方面进行解读。Chinese expert recommendations on basal insulin treatment in adult type 2 diabetes mellitus 2020 edition(hereinafter referred to as "2020 recommendations")has been published in Chinese Journal of Diabetes in October 2020. The 2020 recommendations has been updated based on the 2017 recommendations,including new evidence-based medicine research,and revised in the aspects of individualized blood glucose control targets,basal insulin types,combination therapy,clinical application strategy,etc. This interpretation will focus on the updated contents and their best evidence and clinical importance in the 2020 recommendations.
