摘　　要：目的了解荣成市2019年居民四类主要慢性病死亡特征,分析重大慢性病早死概率,为制定慢性病综合防控工作政策提供支持。方法通过对漏报率调整后的荣成市2019年居民死因登记资料进行分析,采用寿命表法计算慢性病早死概率。结果 2019年荣成市因四类慢性病(心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、慢性呼吸系统疾病)死亡4696例(占全死因的75.77%),其中心脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤两类疾病分别居死因的第一位和二位,占全死因的67.41%。2019年荣成市居民四类主要慢性病早死概率为11.13%。男性居民四类主要慢性病早死概率(14.32%)高于女性(7.86%)近1倍。结论 2019年荣成市四类主要慢性病死亡率、早死概率较低。Objective To understand the death characteristics of residents caused by 4 main non-communicable diseases(NCDs) in Rongcheng city in 2019,and analyze the probability of premature death caused by major NCDs, so as to provide the support for the development of a comprehensive policy on the prevention and control of chronic diseases. Methods Through the analysis of the 2019 resident death registration data of Rongcheng city after the adjustment of the underreporting rate, and the probability was calculated by life table method. Results A total of 4 696 deaths were caused by 4 main NCDs including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumor, diabetes, and chronic respiratory diseases in Rongcheng city, accounting for 75.77% of the total death in 2019.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumor ranked 1 st and 2 nd among the death causes, accounting for 67.41% among the total death.The probability of premature death was 11.13% in 2019.The probability in males was nearly 1 time higher than that in females(14.32% vs 7.86%). Conclusion The mortality and probability of premature death caused by 4 main NCDs are low in Rongcheng city in 2019.
