摘 要:量子点是一种三维量子限域的纳米材料,具有优异的发光性能,Ⅱ-Ⅵ族量子点稳定性强,得到广泛的关注和研究.在量子点制备方法中,传统的有机相和水相制备法被广泛应用,但是其存在反应条件苛刻等局限性.微乳液具有纳米级尺寸的内核,是优良的纳米材料微反应器,能够实现温和条件下制备量子点.在已有关于微乳液法制备量子点的研究中,多采用双(2-乙基己基)琥珀酸酯磺酸钠(AOT)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)等常规表面活性剂,较多关注试剂浓度、比例、温度等因素对合成量子点性质的调控,而关于表面活性剂分子结构对合成材料性质的影响研究尚少.本研究采用天然椰油酰胺表面活性剂微乳液体系制备了CdS量子点,通过与传统CTAB微乳液体系对比,探究了表面活性剂结构对制备量子点材料性能的影响,为微乳液法制备纳米颗粒提供了新的思路.Quantum dots(QDs)are three-dimensional quantum confined nanomaterials,which have good application prospects in many fields,such as photoelectric devices,biological imaging,environmental sensing,and photocatalysis based on the special nano effects and good photoelectric properties.The II-VI semiconductor QDs should be the most widely studied QDs,because of the excellent luminous property.The organic and water phase synthesis methods are commonly used in the preparation of quantum dots,which are commonly proceeded at high temperature that could be energy-intensive.Due to the nano-scale core of micelles in microemulsion,it was a good template for preparation of nano materials that making it possible for preparation of QDs under mild conditions.In traditional exploration of microemulsion method for QDs preparation,factors containing agent concentration,addition ratio,temperature etc.were widely explored for the effect on QDs properties,while the effect induced by surfactant structure was rarely considered.As ligand structure showed obvious effect on QDs property in traditional solvent thermal preparation process,investigation about the effect of surfactant structure in microemulsion method should be meaningful.In this work,considering the advantage of organic amine structure in passivation of QDs surface,an innovative microemulsion system for preparation of CdS QDs based on alkanolamide surfactant coconut diethanol amide(CDEA)was explored and compared with traditional microemulsion cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).Through orthogonal test,appropriate concentration for CDEA microemulsion formation was explored firstly.And then CdS QDs were prepared through mixing microemulsions containing two precursors(Cd2+and S2–)respectively.After purification,luminance spectrum and crystal structure were characterized indicating the formation of CdS QDs.FTIR measurements were conducted showing the encapsulation of CDEA and CTAB ligands at surface of QDs.According to measurements of size distribution and morphology,QDs prepa
