摘 要:基于标准《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》(HJ 636-2012),通过对渔业水体总氮含量的测定,分析不同处理方法对浊度干扰的去除效果,提出浊度干扰去除处理采用的判断依据,并以来源于自然河道、鱼塘、虾塘、蟹塘的104件渔业水样的总氮测定结果验证此判断依据的可靠性。结果表明标准系列溶液直接测定与过滤后测定结果无显著差异,样品消解后离心或0.45μm滤器过滤均能降低浊度干扰,0.45μm滤器过滤与15000 r/min离心5 min的效果最佳。A_(275)/A_(220)值为10%适合作为渔业水体总氮测定过程中,浊度干扰处理采用的依据。Based on the“Water QualityDetermination of Total Nitrogen-Alkaline Potassium Persulfate Digestion UV Spectrophotometric Method”(HJ 636-2012),the effective measures to remove turbidity interference was analyzedaccording to the results of total nitrogen in fishery waters.The judging basis for adopting measures was proposed.The results of total nitrogen determination of 104 fishery waters from natural river,fish pond,shrimp pond and crab pond were used to verify the reliability of this judgment basis.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the results of direct determination and after-filtration of the standard series solutions.The 0.45μm filtration or centrifugation at 15000 rpm for 5 minutes were used to treat the digestion samples,the interference of turbidity could be reduced significantly.The A_(275)/A_(220) value which suitable to be used as the basis of turbidity interference treatment in the determination of total nitrogen in fishery waters is 10%.
