摘 要:为了解决当前检测方法存在的效果差、检测灵敏度低问题,提出基于生物启发荧光纳米片的水中有机物检测方法。利用生物启发荧光纳米片获取光谱数据,并采用S-G平滑法去除光谱数据中存在的噪声信号,利用形态学增强处理待测样本的光谱特征,在交替三线性分解原理的基础上分解样本光谱,采用三倍标准差法设定阈值,将实测光谱数据和估计光谱数据的残差平方与设置的阈值进行对比,判断水样本是否为正常样本,实现污染物检测。实验结果表明,所提方法的检测效果好,检测灵敏度高。In order to solve the problems of poor detection effect and low detection sensitivity of current detection methods,a detection method of organic matter in water based on bioinspired fluorescent nanoplates was proposed.The spectral data are obtained by bioinspired fluorescent nanoplates,and the noise signal in the spectral data is removed by S-G smoothing method.The spectral characteristics of the sample are processed by morphological enhancement.The sample spectrum is decomposed on the basis of alternating trilinear decomposition principle,and the threshold is set by triple standard deviation method.The residual square of the measured spectrum data and the estimated spectrum data is compared with the set threshold to judge whether the water sample is a normal sample and realize the pollutant detection.Experimental results show that the proposed method has good detection effect and high detection sensitivity.
