摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合芪蓉润肠口服液治疗高海拔寒冷地区功能性便秘的临床效果。方法选取80例陆军某部驻高原寒区官兵功能性便秘患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组,每组各40例。A组患者采用芪蓉润肠口服溶液治疗;B组患者采用双歧杆菌三联活菌联合芪蓉润肠口服液治疗。观察患者治疗后首次完全自发排便时间、每周自发排便次数、不良反应发生情况,采用Bristol粪便评分量表、便秘患者生活质量评价表(PAC-QOL)评分、Wexner便秘评分评价患者便秘症状和生活质量改善情况。结果 B组临床总有效率为95%(38/40),高于A组的72.5%(29/40),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者首次自发排便时间、PAC-QOL评分、Wexner便秘评分高于B组,每周自发排便次数、Bristol粪便评分低于B组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论使用双歧杆菌三联活菌联合芪蓉润肠口服液治疗高原寒区功能性便秘患者的临床疗效优于单用芪蓉润肠口服液,可有效改善患者便秘症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with Qirong Runchang oral liquid in the treatment of high altitude functional constipation under severe cold condition.Methods 80 cases of functional constipation in a plateau army unit were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.The A group were treated with Qirong Runchang oral solution, the B group were treated with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with Qirong Runchang oral solution.The time of complete spontaneous bowel movements(CSBMs)and the average number of CSBMs per week were observed.The Bristol stool scale, patient assessment of constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL),Wexner constipation score were compared were used to evaluate constipation symptoms and improvement of quality of life.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The total clinical effective rate of group B was 95%(38/40),which was higher than that of group A(72.5%,29/40),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of CSBMs, PAC-QOL score and Wexner constipation score in group A were higher than those in group B,while the average number of CSBMs per week and Bristol stool scale were lower than those in group B,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in all patients during treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of using Bifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with Qirong Runchang Oral Liquid in the treatment of patients with high altitude functional constipation is better than using Qirong Runchang Oral Liquid alone, which can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation.
