摘 要:建立了变距螺杆真空泵吸气、排气、压缩和返流过程分参量功率计算模型和所需轴功率计算模型,采用瞬时稳态流场数值模拟方法进行变距螺杆真空泵转子几何参数、周向间隙、转速和泵入口压力等参量对功率的影响分析,并与所建模型的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,在所研究的样品参数设计范围内,转子齿顶圆、齿根圆直径从大到小同步改变,导程同时由短变长的过程中,所需轴功率存在最大值;转子与泵腔间的周向间隙越大,转速越高,所需轴功率均越大;在500~1000 Pa的入口压力范围内,轴功率随入口压力的增加而增大。抽样实验证明,实验数据、理论数据和仿真结果的趋势一致,表明所建立的功率计算模型和模拟计算方法是可行的。The power calculation model of a variable pitch screw vacuum pump in the process of suction, exhaust, compression, and backflow was established, and the shaft power calculation model was deduced.The influence of rotor geometry parameters, circumferential clearance, rotational speed, and inlet pressure on the power was analyzed using the transient steady flow simulation method, and the results were compared with those of the built model.The results show that, within the design range of the studied sample parameters, there was a maximum value of the shaft power in the process of changing the addendum circle and dedendum circle diameter from large to small, and the lead from short to long at the same time;the shaft power increased with the circumferential clearance and rotational speed;when the inlet pressure was 500~1000 Pa, the shaft power increased with the inlet pressure.Finally, it was verified by experiments that the trend of experimental data, theoretical data, and simulation results were consistent, which demonstrates that the proposed power calculation model and simulation method are feasible.
