医护康一体化延续性护理在Pilon骨折术后病人功能康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护康一体化延续性护理对Pilon骨折术后病人功能康复的影响。方法:将2015年1月—2016年12月出院的84例Pilon骨折术后病人随机分组,对照组采用居家自我管理模式进行关节功能锻炼,观察组采用医护康一体化延续性护理模式指导关节功能锻炼,出院后12周比较两组病人踝关节功能、生活质量和满意度。结果:术后12周观察组病人踝关节功能优良率达83.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。观察组病人生理功能、精力、精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能和情感职能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病人满意度为73.81%,明显高于对照组的30.95%(P<0.05)。结论:Pilon骨折术后病人实施医护康一体化延续性护理,可有效改善病人的关节功能和生活质量,明显提高病人的满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of continuing care with health care and rehabilitation integration on the functional rehabilitation of patients after Pilon fracture operation.Methods:A total of 84 patients after Pilon fracture operation discharged from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group received joint functional exercise through home self-management mode,while the patients in observation group received joint functional exercise through continuing care with health care and rehabilitation integration mode.Ankle function,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups at 12 weeks after discharge.Results:12 weeks after operation,the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,energy,mental health,physical function,physical pain,health status,social function and emotional function in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The patients′satisfaction in observation group was 73.81%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(30.95%,P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuing care with health care and rehabilitation integration can effectively improve the joint function and quality of life of patients after Pilon fracture operation,and significantly enhanced the satisfaction of patients.
