摘  要:目的了解新入职男护士生涯适应力现状,探讨转型冲击对新入职男护士生涯适应力的影响,促进其生涯适应力的发展。方法采用方便抽样法,于2017年6月—2018年8月选取河南省5所三级医院的122名男护士作为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、新护士转型冲击量表、中文版生涯适应力量表进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行统计描述、Pearson相关分析、单因素分析和多重线性回归分析。本研究共发放问卷122份,回收有效问卷118份,问卷有效回收率为96.72%。结果118名新入职男护士的生涯适应力总均分为(3.39±0.52)分,转型冲击总均分为(3.51±0.63)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,编制、工作时间、心理方面影响新入职男护士的生涯适应力水平(P<0.05)。结论医院管理者应重视新入职男护士的生涯适应力和转型冲击水平,对于转型冲击水平较高的男护士应帮助其及时适应工作岗位,合理规划职业生涯,稳定护理队伍,从而进一步提高护理质量。Objective To understand the current status of career adaptability of newly recruited male nurses and explore the effect of transition shock on career adaptability of newly recruited male nurses,so as to promote the development of their career adaptability.Methods From June 2017 to August 2018,a total of 122 male nurses from 5 ClassⅢhospitals in Henan Province were selected as the research objects using the convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Transition Shock Scale for New Nurses and the Chinese version of Career Adaptability Scale were used for the questionnaire survey.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical description,Pearson correlation analysis,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.A total of 122 questionnaires were distributed and 118 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective recovery rate of 96.72%.Results The total mean score of career adaptability of 118 newly recruited male nurses was(3.39±0.52),and the total mean score of transition shock was(3.51±0.63).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that authorized strength,working hours and psychological aspects affected career adaptability of newly recruited male nurses(P<0.05).Conclusions Hospital managers should pay attention to career adaptability and transition shock level of newly recruited male nurses.For male nurses with a high level of transition shock,hospital managers should help them adapt to their jobs in time,plan their careers reasonably,stabilize the nursing team and further improve quality of nursing.
