摘 要:为了提高墙面抹灰机的抹灰质量,对抹灰机工作状态时振动压实的动力学特性进行了研究。对抹灰机的工作装置在振动压实时的工作状态进行简化与分析,建立了抹灰机-灰浆系统动力学模型;通过建立数学模型求得系统传递函数,利用matlab simulink通过对抹灰机在不同激励下的振动压实进行仿真;设定一个灰浆压实程度的量化指标,研究了多组参数下各参数对灰浆压实效果的影响。研究结果对抹灰机振动参数优化与提高抹灰机的墙面抹灰质量具有重要的理论指导意义。In order to improve the plastering quality of the wall plastering machine,the dynamic characteristics of vibration compaction of plastering machine in working state are studied.Simplification and analysis of the real-time working state of the working device of plastering machine under vibration pressure,and the dynamic model of the plastering machine-mortar system is established.The transfer function of the system is obtained by establishing a mathematical model,and the vibration compaction of the plastering machine under different excitations is simulated by using Matlab simulink;a quantitative index of the compaction degree of mortar is set up,and the effects of various parameters on the compaction effect of mortar under multiple parameters are studied.The research results have important theoretical guiding significance for optimizing vibration parameters of plastering machine and improving wall plastering quality of plastering machine.
