摘 要:为了考察大学生善意性别偏见对“男性”职业自我效能感的影响及性别和成功恐惧在其中的调节作用,采用善意性别偏见量表、职业自我效能感量表和成功恐惧量表对355名大学生施测。结果表明:(1)善意性别偏见显著正向预测男学生的“男性”职业自我效能感,对女学生的预测效应不显著;(2)成功恐惧调节善意性别偏见对“男性”职业自我效能感的影响,这一调节作用存在性别差异:对男生,成功恐惧在善意性别偏见与“男性”职业自我效能感间起缓冲作用,对女生,其会起加剧作用。因此善意性别偏见与“男性”职业自我效能感的关系受成功恐惧调节,这一调节模式因性别而不同。To investigate the influence of benevolent sexism on career self-efficacy of male occupations and the moderating effect of gender and fear of success,Ambivalent Sexism Inventory,Occupational Self-efficacy Scale and Fear of Success Scale were administered to 355 college students.The results showed that:(1)Benevolent sexism positively predicted career self-efficacy of male occupations of male college students,the predictive effect on female students was not significant.(2)Fear of success moderated the impact of benevolent sexism on career self-efficacy of male occupations,and there were gender differences in this moderating effect:For male,the fear of success buffered the relationship between benevolent sexism and career self-efficacy of male occupations,and for female,the fear of success intensified the relationship.To conclusion,the relationship between benevolent sexism and career self-efficacy of male occupations was moderated by fear of success,and this mode of moderating was also different between genders.
