摘　　要：公安教育渴望得到心理学的助力,而九型人格理论不仅适用于一般心理健康程度的人,还适用于存在异常心理,甚至具有犯罪心理活动的人群。本文展示了上海公安学院以九型人格理论为核心内容所开设的《人格类型分析》心理训练,并介绍了该课程通过实证研究方法所提升的训练效果和所取得的研究成果,包括学生各九型人格类型的比例、“识人能力”数值等。本文对公安民警识人心理训练,犯罪人格分析与画像等公安心理教育领域有一定的启发和借鉴作用。Police training needs the technical support of applied psychology.While Enneagram can be applied not only to normal people,but also to people with mental disorders,and even with criminal minds.This article shows the mental training of Enneagram and some empirical researches conducted in Shanghai Public College.The Enneagram distribution of the students from the college,and the accuracy of Enneagram typing were also discussed in this paper,which could be used as references for police mental training and criminal profiling.
