南宁市社区老年人医养结合服务需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解南宁市社区老年人医养结合服务需求,并分析其影响因素。[方法]2019年7-9月,采用便利抽样法选取南宁市符合纳入标准的60岁以上社区老年人进行问卷调查,利用二分类logistic回归分析影响老年人医养结合养老服务需求的因素。[结果]52.7%的老年人有医养结合养老服务需求,年龄、受教育程度、退休前职业、月收入、养老偏好是老年人医养结合服务需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]超过50%的老年人有医养结合养老服务需求,且倾向于依托家庭和社区来提供服务,呈现明显需求外溢趋势;个人因素、经济因素和养老偏好影响老年人医养结合服务需求。建议强化资源整合,构建多元化、分层次医养结合服务体系;坚持标本兼治,提高全民健康素养;加强费用控制,提高老年人保障水平。Objective To understand the demand of integrated treatment and convalesce service for elders in community of Nanning and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From Jul.to Sep.2019,it used convenience sampling method to select eligible over 60-yearsa old elders in the communities of Nanning and conduct questionnaire survey,analyzed the influencing factors of integrated treatment and convalesce service for elders by dichotomy logistic regression analysis.Results 52.7%of elders had the request of integrated treatment and convalesce service.Age,education level,pre-retirement occupation,monthly income,and pension preferences were the influencing factors of the demand of integrated treatment and convalesce service(P<0.05).Conclusions Over 50%of elders have demand of integrated treatment and convalesce service,and they tend to rely on family and community to provide services,it shows clear trend of demand spillover.Personal factors,economic factors,and pension preferences affect the needs of integrated treatment and convalesce service.It suggests that strengthen resource integration,build diversified,stratified integrated treatment and convalesce service system;insist to address both the symptoms and root causes,and improve health literacy for the whole people;strengthen cost control and improve the level of security for the elderly.
