摘  要:本文对广西特种经济动物——蛇开展了寄生虫流行情况的调查,以了解蛇的寄生虫种类和感染情况,为诊断和防治蛇类寄生虫病提供参考和指导。本实验运用蠕虫完全解剖法解剖158条蛇,检查、收集寄生虫,结果显示,蛇寄生虫感染率为50.63%,其中30.38%、12.25%、8.14%和4.34%分别感染1、2、3和3种以上寄生虫。各种寄生虫的感染率及平均感染强度分别为裂头蚴22.15%、1.4;华首属线虫(Kalicephalus)17.72%、7.47;蛇棒状线虫(Rhabdia sp.)10.76%、0.42;环宫属吸虫(Encyclometra)5.76%、0.18;蛇蛔虫线虫(Ophidascaris sp.)0.63%、0.082;异双盘属吸虫(Paradistomum sp.)0.68%、0.01;毛细线虫(Capillararia sp.)5.06%、0.46;蛇棘头虫未定种3.16%、0.11;舌形虫(pentastomid)15.19%、1.03。结果表明,此次调查发现蛇感染裂头蚴、舌形虫及毛细线虫等人兽共患寄生虫的感染率较高,且感染强度大,此次调查结果对指导养殖户防治寄生虫及公共卫生具有重要的意义。This manuscript has conducted a survey on the prevalence of parasites infection in special economic animal(snakes)in Guangxi,in order to understand the types of parasites and infection,which could provide a reference and guidance for the diagnosis and prevention of snake parasitic diseases.In the experiment,158 snakes were inspected using the method of complete worm dissection,and then the parasites were collected and made identification.56.63%of the snakes infected by parasites,and the prevalence of single infection,double infection,triple infection and more than triple infection parasites were 30.38%,12.25%,8.14%and 4.34%,respectively.The prevalence and mean intensity of all kinds of parasites were as follow,Spirometra erinaceieuropaei(Plerocercoid):22.15%,1.4;Kalicephalus:17.72%,7.47;Rhabdia sp.:10.76%,0.42;Encyclometra:5.76%,0.18;Ophidascaris sp.:0.63%,0.082;Paradistomum sp.:0.68%,0.013;Capillararia sp.:5.06%,0.46;undefined of Acanthocephalan:3.16%,0.11;Pentastomids:15.19%,1.03.The results showed that the infection rates of zoonotic parasite such as S.erinaceieuropaei is high,and the infection intensity is high also.The results of this survey are of great significance to the prevention and control of infecting parasites for snake and public health.
