摘　　要：巴泰病毒(BATV)是一种虫媒病毒,属于布尼亚病毒科布尼亚病毒属成员,在世界范围内广泛存在。BATV可通过蚊虫传播给家畜、野生动物、家禽甚至人类等,并引起非特异性发热、脑膜炎和家禽产蛋量下降等症状。BATV基因组分3个节段。因此,可发生基因重配现象,产生新毒株并引起人类的发热甚至死亡,给公共卫生安全带来严重威胁。本文对BATV的病原学、临床症状、诊断和疫病防控等方面进行了简要的阐述,以期为预防和控制病毒的出现和流行提供参考。Batai virus(BATV)is an arthropod-borne virus belongs to the genus Orthobunyavirus of the family Bunyaviridae and it is widely distributed in world.BATV can transmitted to livestock,wildlife,poultry and humans by mosquitoes.The viral genome is divided into 3 segments,these segments can be interchanged between viruses of the same genus,resulting in stable reassortant bunyaviruses.BATV has been associated with fatal hemorrhagic fevers and death in both humans and ruminants,threatening the public health security.In this manuscript,the etiology,clinical symptom,diagnosis and disease prevention to better prevent the emergence and prevalence of BATV have been reviewed simply,which would provied a reference for preventing and controlling the emergence and epidemic of virus.
