摘  要:分子育种技术是以DNA或RNA为基础,将分子片段整合和重组,连接载体到"受体"生物的细胞内,与原有的DNA结合,使后代"表达"出新引入DNA携带的遗传信息,从而快速、稳定而定向地培育出新品种的现代育种方法,该技术可为水貂新品种的选育与改良提供一种新途径。该文综述了分子育种技术在水貂毛绒品质性状相关候选功能基因中的应用进展,分析了开展水貂分子育种的必要性,进一步展望了今后开展水貂分子育种的思路,以期为培育优质水貂新品种提供理论依据。Molecular breeding technology is a modern breeding method based on DNA(or RNA),which integrates and recombines the molecular fragments,connects the vectors into the cells of"receptor"organisms,and combines with the original DNA,to"express"the genetic information carried by the newly introduced DNA,so as to cultivate new varieties rapidly,stably and directionally in this manuscript.The application progress of molecular breeding technology in candidate functional genes related to fur quality traits of mink was reviewed in this manuscript.The necessity of molecular breeding of mink was analyzed,and the ideas of molecular breeding of mink in the future were prospected,which would provide theoretical basis for breeding new mink varieties with high quality.
