摘 要:在航空发动机叶片的加工中,传统转台因长期磨损后造成精度下降,达不到航发叶片的加工要求,为此设计了一种针对新型二级斜齿轮传动转台的非标开槽碟簧随动补偿磨损误差机构。利用非标开槽碟簧特有的变刚度和渐减性载荷位移曲线特征,消除了齿轮副长期啮合产生的磨损间隙;同时,在新机构设计中,对作为此机构核心部件的非标开槽碟簧的设计进行了详细阐述;运用了ANSYS分析和实验相结合的方法,对开槽碟簧随动补偿机构设计及非标开槽碟簧设计的正确性进行了验证。研究结果表明:所设计的碟簧可用于补偿机构,实现对磨损误差的实时补偿,达到提高转台精度的目的,满足航空发动机叶片极高的加工要求。During the machining of an aeroengine blade,the precision of traditional table was reduced after long-term wear,which was unable to match the requirement of aero-engine blade processing.Therefore,a non-standard grooved disc spring servo compensation mechanism was innovatively designed for the new type of two-stage helical gear transmission turntable,which used the variable stiffness and reduced load displacement curve characteristics of the non-standard slotted disc spring.The wear gap caused by long-term meshing of the gear pair was eliminated by this mechanism.Meanwhile the design of the non-standard slotted disc spring,which was the core component of the new mechanism,was systematically summarized.The method combining ANSYS analysis and experimental verification was used to verify the correctness of the design of the slotted disc spring servo compensation mechanism and the theoretical system of the non-standard slotted disc spring design.The research results show that the designed disc spring can be used as a compensation mechanism to realize real-time compensation of wear errors,achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of the turntable,and meet the extremely high processing requirements of aero-engine blades.
