摘 要:X射线是一种常见的短波长高能电磁波,配合X光透镜使用,可以有效地控制X光传输路径,以满足各领域目标探测的光强需求。X光透镜的参数测量十分重要,而以往的测量方法多为人工测量,存在耗时长、精度低,过于依赖测量人员经验等缺点。本文通过探索研究,建立一种X光透镜参数自动测量系统,使用“计数峰二分法”测量前焦点位置,通过“最大斜率法”测量后焦距。实验结果表明,本系统自动测量效果良好,为X光透镜参数自动测量工作奠定基础。X-ray is a common short-wavelength high-energy electromagnetic wave.X-ray lens could control the X-ray transmission path effectively to meet the light intensity requirements of the target detection in various fields.The measurements of X-ray lens parameters are meaningful.The conventional measurements mostly are manual measurements with the shortcomings of time-consuming,low accuracy,and excessive reliance on the experience of the measuring personnel.An X-ray lens parameter automatic measurements system was established,using the"counting peak dichotomy"to measure the front focal position and the"maximum slope method"to measure the back focal length.The experimental results show that the automatic measurements system works well and lays the foundation for automatic measurements of X-ray lens parameters.
