摘　　要：本文通过对洛阳石化沥青、S Zorb加热炉快开风门设计逻辑,以及开工过程中实际操作存在的安全隐患进行分析,提出利用软逻辑控制快开风门的解决思路,利用建立模型的方法将解决思路付诸实际,满足了安全生产的同时,又降低了劳动强度。Based on the analysis of the design logic of the quick-start air door of the Asphalt and S Zorb heating furnace in SINOPEC Luoyang Branch and the hidden danger in the actual operation during the start-up process,this paper puts forward the solution idea of using soft logic to control the quick-start air door,the method of establishing model is used to put the solution into practice.The utility model not only satisfies the safety production,but also reduces the labor intensity.
