摘　　要：针对现有应急物资供应商选择研究难以与复杂的应急物资采购模式相适应、缺乏对不同应急物资采购阶段供应商选择标准的探讨等问题,分别考虑灾前和灾后两阶段的应急采购特征提出基于直觉模糊偏好及COPRAS法的应急供应商选择模型。首先通过直觉模糊偏好理论进行属性评估,再通过典型的分式规划法计算不同采购阶段下应急物资供应商评价指标的权重,然后通过COPRAS方法对各备选供应商进行选择排序,最后通过与现有研究进行对比分析,证明所提方法的合理性和有效性。In view of the problems that the existing research on emergency material supplier selection,it is difficult to adapt to the complex emergency material procurement mode and lack of discussion on the supplier selection criteria in different stages of emergency material procurement,and proposes an emergency supplier selection model based on the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy preference and the method of complex proportional assessment(COPRAS).Firstly,attribute evaluation is carried out by intuitionistic fuzzy preference theory,and then the weights of evaluation indexes of emergency material suppliers under different procurement stages are calculated by typical fractional programming method.Then,the method of COPRAS is used to select and rank the suppliers.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by comparing with the existing research.
