摘　　要：南京民国建筑是特定历史时段的代表性近代建筑,本文采用了理论分析和实地调研相结合的研究方法,主要研究了南京民国建筑的类型以及如何保护和利用等内容。南京民国建筑分为中国传统宫殿式建筑、西方古典主义建筑、新民族主义形式建筑和西方现代形式建筑等4种类型,并且各具特色。南京民国建筑应予以充分的保护和利用,但方式和策略不尽相同,有的需要保持建筑物的原有风貌和历史文化价值,有的则需要有效地利用好建筑资源,以经济利益促文化价值,达到保护与利用的和谐统一。Nanjing architecture in the period of the Republic of China is the representative modern architecture in a specific historical period.The paper adopts the research method of both theoretical analysis and field investigation.It mainly studies the types of Nanjing architecture in the period of the Republic of China and how to protect and utilize them.Nanjing architecture in the period of the Republic of China can be divided into four types:Chinese traditional palace architecture,western classical architecture,new national architecture and western modernist architecture,and each has its own unique characteristics.The buildings should be fully protected and utilized in different ways with different strategies.Some buildings need to maintain the original style and historical and cultural values while others need to be well utilized to promote their cultural values through economic interests so that the harmony and unity between protection and utilization can be achieved.
