摘 要:公路爆破施工中衍生的系列环境危害已成为一个工程项目的重点解决对象。分析总结秘鲁山区石质边坡爆破施工中对环境有危害的因素,如施工过程产生的爆破扬尘、爆破噪声等,分别在爆源30 m、60 m、90 m处设置粉尘浓度检测仪,测量爆破后1 min内有无水袋降尘及不同长径比水袋情况下粉尘浓度变化值;同时分析爆破过程噪声产生的源头。通过对比分析得出效率更高的降尘措施,最终以削减单孔爆破炸药用量的措施实现爆破噪声控制。结果表明:在试验阶段,控制比药量相同的情况下长径比小的水带降尘效果更优,削减单孔炸药用量可有效降低爆破噪声污染。A series of environmental hazards derived from highway blasting construction have become a key object to be solved in an engineering project.It is concluded that blasting dust and blasting noise are harmful factors to the environment during the construction of stone slope in mountainous areas of Peru.By setting dust concentration detector at 30m,60m and 90 of blasting source,dust concentration change value under the circumstance of whether there is water belt for dust removal and water bag with different aspect ratio within 1min after blasting was measured,and dust removal measures with higher efficiency were obtained.At the same time,the source of blasting noise is analyzed,and the blasting noise control is realized by reducing the amount of single-hole blasting explosives.The results show that in the test section,the dust removal effect of water bag with small aspect ratio is better under the same control ratio,and the blasting noise pollution can be effectively reduced by reducing the amount of single-hole explosive.
