探讨以人工智能诊断输出为目的的中医舌诊与病性证素关系模型构建

摘　　要：人工智能与舌诊结合是时代发展的科技力量所在。本文首先选取八纲辨证、气血津液辨证以及病因辨证的阴、阳、气、血、寒、热、虚、实、表、里、湿(痰)、瘀、郁组合出常见病性证素,即气虚、阴虚、血虚、阳郁等,然后以人工智能输入为目的的二次组合,构建证型数据库,如阴阳两虚、气阴两虚、阴血两虚等,最终筛选并输出104种常见证型。通过舌象因素(舌神、舌色、舌形、舌苔、苔色、苔质、润燥、舌下络脉)与证素组合,赋予临床意义,再次以否定惩罚模式添加问诊辅助诊断,力求科学、精准;最终通过专家标注舌象构建人工智能舌象数据库,后期人工智能不断学习完善,逐渐形成较为成熟的以中医舌诊为导向的智能诊断系统平台。The combination of artificial intelligence and tongue diagnosis is the scientific and technological strength of the times.This article first selects the eight-gang syndrome differentiation,Qi,blood and body fluid differentiation,and etiological differentiation of Yin,Yang,Qi,blood,cold,heat,deficiency,substance,surface,and inside.Dampness(phlegm),blood stasis,and depression are combined with common disease and syndrome elements,namely Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang depression,etc.,and then used artificial intelligence input as the purpose of secondary combination to construct a syndrome database,such as Yin and Yang deficiency,Deficiency of both Qi and Yin,deficiency of both Yin and blood,etc.,finally screened out common syndrome types.Through the combination of tongue image factors(tongue,tongue color,tongue shape,tongue coating,coating color,coating quality,moisturizing,sublingual collaterals)and syndrome elements,give clinical significance,once again add a negative punishment mode to add consultation to assist diagnosis,strive for science and accuracy,finally build an artificial intelligence tongue image database through expert labeling of tongue images,and later artificial intelligence continues to learn and improve,forming a more mature diagnostic system platform.
