摘  要:以五氟苯乙烯为原料,分别与三氟乙醇、六氟异丙醇和七氟丁醇反应制备含有三氟甲基、六氟异丙基、七氟丙基的含短氟碳链苯乙烯单体,再分别将这些单体和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚,制备了一系列含有苯环刚性结构的短氟碳链苯乙烯共聚物。经含氟聚合物整理的棉织物具有良好的疏水疏油性能,对水的接触角达到131°~138°,对石蜡油的接触角达到111°~119°,并且具有良好的耐水洗性能。Using pentafluorostyrene as raw material,fluorinated styrene monomers containing trifluoromethyl,hexafluoroisopropyl or heptafluoropropyl are prepared through the reaction of pentafluorostyrene with trifluoro⁃ethanol,hexafluoroisopropanol or heptafluorobutanol.Then,these monomers are copolymerized with methyl methacrylate and hydroxyethyl methacrylate to prepare a series of short fluorocarbon chain grafted copolymers containing rigid benzene ring structure.The cotton fabric finished with fluoropolymer has good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties,with contact angles to water or paraffin oil are in the range of 131°~138°or 111°~119°,respectively.And the finished cotton fabric has good washability.
